The stadium looks very impressive and the facilities in the away end were excellent (though bear in mind i am used to Fratton Park) , The TV's are definately a highlight and gave a great view of the game at the other end of the stadium where it was hard to see. I was disappointed by the atmosphere offered by the home fans who i didn't hear sing once during the whole game even though they won 4-0. Leg room is a little tight and so is head room, Overall a great away day, the 3000 pompey fans who went all seemed to enjoy it aswell.

Having got to Chelsea with a few hours to spare,we were sent on a wild goose chase regarding an away pub by some extremely unhelpful policemen. A few of us asked a taxi driver & we ended up in lots road pub &diner in Chelsea harbour, very friendly pub with h&a fans mixed. The stadium itself has good views from the upper tier in the shed, but you will only hear the home fans after a goal is scored. We out sung them for 90 mins even though we lost 4-1! Only other gripe is that away coaches are parked about 20 mins away from the ground.

The pubs listed here have changed hands and are now home fans only. Ended up covering up and going into an irish pub on the high street so check first. The home fans in the upper shed end dont like to sing. The atmosphere was flat for nearly the whole game from the home section, with the away fans seeming to outsing the home fans for basically the whole game. They were rubbsh at generating an atmosphere where I was and only livened up when they scored. Got the raging hump when we equalised twice and gave it to them and didnt seem to take the banter very well. Aside from atmosphere, was a really good day out and spoke to a few fans and all really pleasent. Great away atmosphere and great away result!!

Went to Chelsea for the FA cup away game. We set off at about 4 30 and arrived at Chelsea for about 10 for a 12 30 kick off. If's quite a walk from the coaches to the ground so be aware of your surroundings. As we were only charged £25 there seemed to be more and more fans having a few drinks in the pub before the game. A lot of the pubs I saw merely just asked what team you support you could easily put of an accent and say Chelsea. 1 pub you should avoid is the SO bar full of idiots my advice is don't go in there without a grenade if your an away fan. After getting some food we went into the ground early. The game was good with a last minute goal and a win on penalties making for a great day. While Everton fans we pretty loud Chelsea fans only really sang after their goal. After the match with 6000 everton fans walking past taking the piss out of the pathetic idiots in the SO bar.

ITS THE MOST OVER RATED stadium in the world!
the fans are shocking, dont sing unless they are winning, the away fans end is OK but food is rubbish and home fans thinking they are all hard when they are not, im a fulham fan and craven cottage is better than this "multi million" stadium....What A Let Down!

Lily. Sorry about your last experience of Stamford Bridge. However since then away fans have been re-sited in The Shed stand where the view and facilities are are far better. The view from the upper tier is particularly good.

As an away fan it was one of the worst grounds in the 2004/05 season to visit with regard to facilities. The away end wasn't too great... The seats were at a level where you can see if people are sitting, but forget it if they are standing and you're not very tall - I could touch the bottom of the tier above when standing, and I'm not that tall - I haven't got a problem with standing during a game, but I do have a problem when I can't see! The ladies toilets (sorry toilet, there was only one) was disgusting, no lights, and dirty (I've been to non-league grounds where there is no money and the facilities are fantastic compared to this).
One of those grounds I'd never go back to! Expensive and overated!
